CONDITIONS OF HIRE: It is understood and agreed by the hirer that all items hired are subject to the following conditions:

1.All costumes remain the property of “All About Costumes”

2.No Food, drinks, smoke or pets allowed with or next to the costume.

3.Please careful with makeup while using the costume or costume head.

4.Any damage to any hired items during the hire period will be assessed upon return of the goods and charged accordingly if necessary.

5.All costumes are only for inside/indoor use only.

6.All items hired shall be the responsibility of the named person on the invoice whilst on hire or with a valid ID card (driving license) with valid proof of address (if choose collection).

7.Any loss or damage whilst on hire shall be paid for by the hirer, at the rate determined by All About Costumes. Each costumes damage or loss incurred charges will be £400.

8.If you are not able to post or deliver the costume to us on the agreed time then we will charge £10 per day late return.

9.The hirer is responsible for ensuring goods are packed and returned in a safe and secure way how you received them (Mascot head packed in a clear mailing bag)

10.All Mascot delivery comes with the return label. Please attach the return label to the box and drop it at your local post office on the next working day before 11:45 am. Keep proof of postage securely with you.

11.All our costumes come only in Small-Medium sizes mentioned below.

• 10-14 UK size

• 5” to 5”8’ height

• 152cm to 176cm height

Shoes Size – 1 Size fit all = UK 5 - UK 8
